Watch Sister Zeph in ”Flight of the Falcons” as she takes you to explore a day in her life as a teacher and school administrator in a small village in Pujab, Pakistan. Sister Zeph runs a school with over 200 students, a majority of whom are girls. She must brave the harsh stereotypes about women and their place in society before she can slowly start to change the culture. The film documents Sister Zeph’s daily struggle as she knocks on the doors of strangers in town to beg them to allow the women in their household to attend her free school. Unfortunately, she is met with a harsh reality in Pakistan, girl’s lives are not valued the same as boy’s. Although she has been repeatedly told “no” her entire life, Sister Zeph continues on for the sake of children’s and women’s welfare everywhere.
