Any Donation Helps
Zephaniah Women’s Free Education school desperately needs funding for the building’s rent payment, electricity bill, internet bill, school supplies for students/teachers including stationery, chalk, books, computers, computer software, sewing materials and writing utensils. In the summer the temperature inside the school reaches 50 degrees celsius or 112 degrees fahrenheit, the children would especially benefit if the school could afford fans to keep the atmosphere cooler. Learning in such a tight space is difficult enough, let alone in that kind of heat. Your money also goes toward new desks, chairs and to pay the teacher’s well deserved salaries amongst other miscellaneous costs.
If you can not afford to donate monetarily we will still gladly accept your time. If there is a particular school subject or life skill you would like to teach the students via Skype please contact us.

Childhood Adversity In Pakistan
According to the latest UNICEF statistics for Pakistan between the years of 2008-2012:
- 79% of primary school age boys were enrolled in school, whereas only 65% of girls were enrolled. Only 52% of the total number of girls and boys ever enrolled, completed the last year of primary school, which is the equivalent of 5th grade.
- 39% of secondary school age boys enrolled in school, whereas only 29% of girls were enrolled.
- The total adult (age 15+) literacy rate for all of Pakistan is a low 55%.
- 79% of males ages 15-24 are literate, while only 61% of the females in the same age group are.
- 24% of children are married by age 18.
Please help Sister Zeph’s non profit charity school meet the needs of impoverished women and children in Pakistan. Sister Zeph works tirelessly to ensure statistics like the ones above cease to be so unequal for women.
